These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between pjok ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). These Terms may change from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms.
1. General Terms

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

One Person, One Account
Each person may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended or closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited. We reserve the right to verify cases where multiple accounts are opened from the same household or the same IP address.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Opening or operating an account with false information will result in immediate account closure. If any of your details change, please notify our support team without delay.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. 3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

pjok currently supports the following payment methods:

Transactions made from an account in a third party's name or a name other than your own are not acceptable.
Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Deposit or withdrawal requests below the set limits will not be processed.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Successfully submitted withdrawal requests are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, in some cases, additional time may be needed for identity verification or security review. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure that your account has been fully verified.
Transaction Verification
Every withdrawal request will be reviewed by our security team. If any transaction appears unusual, suspicious, or contrary to our policies, we reserve the right to delay or reject the withdrawal and request additional information.
4. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members at pjok can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, a specific wagering requirement must be met. Currently, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
General Rules for Bonus Use
- Bonuses may only be used on games approved by pjok.
- It may not be possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time — please check the conditions of the specific promotion.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another person's account.
- Winnings made with bonus funds before the bonus conditions are met will be held in a separate account.
- The right to cancel a bonus is reserved if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
VIP Program
pjok's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). VIP tier progression depends on your overall activity on the platform. pjok reserves the right to change VIP conditions at any time.
5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
Commitment to Fair Play
pjok is committed to ensuring fair play. All games are operated by reliable software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that the outcome of every game remains completely impartial.
Prohibited Activities
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with others
- Any form of technical manipulation or exploiting software errors
- Playing using automated bots or scripts
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving offensively toward other members or staff

Technical Issues
If a game result is left undetermined or ends abnormally due to a software or hardware fault, pjok reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the wagered funds. The right to void winnings that display a clearly incorrect or abnormal amount is also reserved.

Severability
